Asked the stylist for a dramatic balayage that starts quite high close to the root. The hair ended over processed and damaged. At the end he explained that he didn’t listen to me and did the balayage low to look more ‘natural’ when it grows out

Joanna did my hair really beautifully - she gave it a treatment and it felt so soft and silky! And the blow-dry looked very natural. My hair looks fabulous whenever I go to Lam61!
