Normally have a good experience. Sadly on this occasion it was terrible. I booked the blow dry as a treat after being poorly. My blow dry was repeatedly stopped due to the stylist having to answer the phone or walk in clients; this happened atleast 5 times. My hair was dry at the front by the time she finished. They also tried to switch stylist half way through which was weird. To top it off, my blow dry completely fell out on one side and it never does due to my hair type. Waste of time and mon
