I came with bleached blonde hair and grown out roots, wanted to blend my roots and do balayage/root shadow which I got but it looked like a straight line no highlights or anything, as well my front was just dark and not blended while the ends very light. I actually really disappointed as Michael completely ignored the picture I showed and I had to add highlights myself at the house as it looked horrible.
