A bit of a mixed review this time.I have been a client at this salon for years.
I have booked a root colour + wavy and asked if they cut cut my ends too. Was charged 50£ additional for cutting my ends, which took 30 seconds. The wavy is not to the usual standard of this place and felt quite rushed (ie: I have very coarse hair and side of my head was not blowdried with the little brush like they normally do). Appreciate it was the very end of the day but I did not leave the salon happy this time
