Kremena done my blow dry today what a wonderful lady, had a great chat while she done a lovely bouncy blow dry and pinned my hair up for me. I’ve booked with her next Saturday to do my roots and blow dry. Such a fab salon great staff and atmosphere:)

I’ve sadly decided to change hairdresser after a few years using Lab61.Last time I visited the big boss of the Lab salons was in to check up on it all and was making the staff feel super uncomfortable and under pressure. The whole experience (3.5+ hours of highlights!) was chaotic and not relaxing at all, the salon was a mess and the staff were franticly jumping between clients due to the stress he was putting on them. My appt felt rushed and inpersonal and the results therefore weren’t perfect
