Lab61 is great. My hairdresser (Michael) was extremely knowledgeable and I appreciated that he walked and talked me through everything that he is doing. He also explained to me why my previous barber cut my hair wrong for my hair-type and how we will fix it to address the issues with my hair that I mentioned. He recommended certain products and explained why they helped. I will be coming back in 5 weeks after I have grown it out a bit to give him more to work on.
