I’ve been to this salon many times for a blow-dry: it’s usually fine, though results vary by who’s working. My last visit, however, was disappointing. A woman who seemed to be the manager, pretty arrogant and presumptuous, who repeatedly boasted about being the best at colouring and cutting, insisted on cutting my fringe wet despite my clear preference for a dry cut. The result wasn’t what I wanted. A shame, I’ll think twice before returning. My full review on Google
