Fairly mediocre experience at Lab375. Was kept waiting without explanation or anyone even acknowledging me for 20 minutes. The basic balayage was done well, but the toner applied over the top was nothing like what was asked for or discussed in tone. Luckily it washed out fairly quickly so no harm done, but I wouldn’t go back.
