I booked here for the first time - the atmosphere was very welcoming and friendly and I was certainly made to feel comfortable. Unfortunately the balayage that was done looks stripy at my roots and really has not naturally ‘blended’ in my light ends. I’ve waited a bit and spend some time in the sun to see if it might not look like such harsh stripes but it’s not great still. A really nice salon but not thrilled with the actual balayage and colour in my hair. 🤷‍♀️
