Ely did an amazing job on my hair today.
I had booked a balayage with cut & blow dry and after having a bad experience somewhere else a few months ago I was feeling a bit anxious about how it would turn out.
Ely put me at ease from the beginning, she listened to what I wanted, kept me in the loop at each stage, and made sure that I was pleased with the final outcome.
I was reassured by Ely’s obvious skill and experience, and I am really happy with the end result! My hair looks lovely and feels so much healthier now.
Will be visiting again whenever I next need a trim or a colour refresh. 😊
