Ely really was wonderful. She had clear thoughts about what colour would suit my complexion, and helped me to work through my own ideas until we found something we both thought would work. So much of the time the colour you want isn't the one you get, but this time it really was. Ely's a chemist and a little bit of a hair magician! I loved my hair right awa, which again isn't typical for me-- usually I have to kind of get used to it. And she was lovely to hang out with too. I'll be coming back.
