I feel very bad that I have to leave this review given that Mariza was a lovely person. Unfortunately my experience here left me with the worst head of highlights (think block white stripes, orange patches, black strands ), that I have ever received and I was absolutely distraught. In fact it cost me £250 to get it fixed by a Toni and guy stylist the next day who remarked that this was simply a dire and unacceptable standard. Please think twice if you are thinking about getting highlights here.
