Serena is absolutely the best. I have really long hair that takes a lot of looking after and have tried a number of different places always leaving quite disappointed until I found LAB. The ladies here are very professional, the treatments are done quickly, carefully and you leave feeling amazing. Definitely recommend

Serena a delight as always. Having started out with her last December with black hair I have now gone numerous shades lighter. I am now a dark blonde and will definitely be seeing Serena again. I'm still a couple of shades away from my desired look but I'm happy with the way I'm achieving it. Would highly recommend lab 14.

Very happy with my hair colour - Sara was precise and thorough, as well as realistic about what could be achieved with my hair. Both Sara and Serena are super friendly and made the experience the best it could be despite current restrictions.

I had a wonderful experience with the lovely Serena. She walked me through the whole balayage process and really listened to what I wanted. She put me completely at ease, especially considering it was my first time getting my hair coloured. Will definitely be back!
