It was a choice of Lab314 and another salon and I’m glad that I made the right choice. My choice was based on area, competitive price and reviews.
It was first visit to Lab314, i booked for balayage and cut with Serena. Not knowing any of the stylist, I based my decision on reviews of individual work and Serena ticked all boxes.
I chatted with Serena about the cut and style that i wanted and the colour I desired following an example of a picture that I had. We communicated with each other to achieve the best result.
My hair was in a right state and it really need some serious TLC. Serena demonstrated her skills and talent on giving me the neatest sharp haircut and the balayage that almost matched the picture. She’s done very well and I’m very happy with the outcome.
Despite the current uncertainty in the world with the corona virus, Serena, myself and her colleague kept the spirit up which made my stay more pleasant.
I think I have finally found a good local hair salon and will definately be back. Thanks to Serena.
