Returning to Lab314 after lockdown to have another Balyage done with Serena. Serena knew exactly how and what I wanted from a previous appointment before lockdown. She’s amazing and through her experience and knowledge in colouring, she would try and achieve her best to get your desired colour. She made me feel reassured that I will leave the salon with a beautiful hair and I certainly did. She’s just brilliant with what she does, Thank you Serena.

Serena is absolutely the best. I have really long hair that takes a lot of looking after and have tried a number of different places always leaving quite disappointed until I found LAB. The ladies here are very professional, the treatments are done quickly, carefully and you leave feeling amazing. Definitely recommend

Serena a delight as always. Having started out with her last December with black hair I have now gone numerous shades lighter. I am now a dark blonde and will definitely be seeing Serena again. I'm still a couple of shades away from my desired look but I'm happy with the way I'm achieving it. Would highly recommend lab 14.
