The beautifully decorated salon has lost none of its charm in spite of the pandemic guidelines. The staff are smiling and welcoming. It’s a lovely experience being there - like a warm hug. Results are perfect and I look forward to my next visit.

Serena did an absolutely amazing job of my hair! She managed to do exactly what I asked with the colour, which was not the easiest task as I wanted to go a lot lighter! Serena is an amazing hairdresser and I’d thoroughly recommend anyone who wants a balayage to go to her :)

Serena really understood what look I wanted and after taking one glimpse at an example photo of the hair I wanted she knew exactly what to do. I left feeling very pleased with my hair (first time in a long while!) and look forward to returning again soon.
