After waiting years to dye my hair blonde, I finally booked full head balayage (and olaplex) at Lab 314 with Serena. I am so pleased that I went for it! Serena listened to what I wanted and was very helpful when discussing my skin tone, eye colour and what blonde shade would suit me and look natural. When I left the salon, although I felt so different, my blonde hair looks like it belongs to me and not ‘fake’ or obviously dyed! Both my housemates are now booking their full head balayage here!

Serena was amazing - she created a lovely natural-looking light brown/blonde colour for my t-section covering grey hairs around my temple with a blend of low lights and high lights. Will definitely be coming back.
