I only recently discovered Labs and so so glad I did! Sara and the team are so welcoming friendly and knowledgeable. I put them under pressure twice now by having time restrictions which they handled superbly. Finding a personal touch in London and a hairdresser who cares is so rare especially when reasonably priced! Would recommend 100%!
