My whole experience at LAB314 was positive. The team were friendly and welcoming, and I felt safe and relaxed throughout. Serena did a lovely job with her wash, cut and dry (having not given it much TLC for the past 10 months, thanks to some global pandemic going on). I’ve come out with much happier and healthier hair, she gave some good advice for home and a few testers of products for curly hair.

I got appointment for balayage and blow dry. And I trusted the girl who I had an appointment with. I said I want a nice colour to lift my face and etc, preferably not ash. She said looking at your skin tone I would go for something warmer. I told her do what you think is right. Once she finished I was in full shock, my hair is ginger. The colour no one wants to get it. Even herself she said don’t worry it will get lighter. It’s really not a nice experience as I trust her. Not coming back there again. Clearly has no clue what she’s doing.
