Don't be fooled by the good reviews. Initially booked at 3.30, was resheduled to 5pm.
It took over 2hrs to have my hair cut, the first therapist told me she had lots of experience. I was really excited as was desperate for a hair cut. Looked up online and reviews were fab and it was good value so I thought why not try it. But I wish I hadn't, I will not be going back. I asked for long layers I got short! nightmare with my thick hair. I have different length chunks cut out and have a chunk of hair cut out from front. It was dried nicely so couldnt see how bad it was until I washed it the next day. Having to go to another hairdressers to have it redone. The only bonus was the second therapist, he was lovely. The salon looks nice aesthetically but when you look closely there's lots of hair all over floor.

Overall a great experience, the initial consult really helped me decide how I wanted my hair cut and I'm very happy with the final result.
