Alessia is such an angel. She’s done an amazing job with my hair - from the colour to the wow blow dry in the end! I cannot recommend her more, she is just brilliant!!
Ladies' Ammonia-Free Hair Colouring

I asked him for a balayage and he advised me that a flamboyage would provide a more natural looking finish. Despite telling him I didn’t want orange hair I was left with what looked like a dyed orange hair job with black grown out roots. When I told him my roots were red/ orange he denied it but when I came back to get this fixed and Marika and Alessia were super helpful and very apologetic about my previous experience with Giuseppe and even acknowledged how bad the technique and colour was!

Marika was very professional and experienced. She worked quickly and knew exactly what she was doing. I was very pleased with both the highlights and the blow dry, both excellent. She was friendly and cheerful. Very good value.
