Marika was lovely and informed of the expected colour the whole way through. I was red and wanted to go blonde which is near to impossible with red pigment being so hard to get out but Marika managed to do it for me and left me with a beautiful ashy blonde colour. She informed me of any additional charges; toned & colour remover & was extremely friendly during the entire service. I definitely recommend going to Lab314, an exceptional service for an exceptional price!
