I really like the highlights. However, I requested Alessia for the blow dry as I only like it with her , she couldn’t do it as an emergency customer came in .I just left the salon 45 min ago and all the big waves are gone , my hair now looks completely straight . I am not happy about the result this time at all , sorry.
