I had booked balayage, and came into the appointment saying balayage. the stylest kept saying flamboyage and this is what he gave me. poor work overall, the desired result discused was ashy blonde balayage and to redo my roots. what i was left with was bronde auburn flamboyage and terrible auburn brassy roots with an unblended line meeting the flamboyage. i had to get him to tone it twice to improve, which did very little. told me that a few washes the roots should blend themslelves, its worse
