It was a quick but thorough trim, they didn’t try to sell me any ad-ons, Joanna was attentive to what I wanted and assessed my hair type / face shape etc to ensure the best haircut I could get.
Lovely blow dry too, had so many compliments on it, and the style suits me well.
My only gripe would be that it looked a little unclean in areas, I wouldn’t necessarily say unhygienic but that’s definitely something which could be improved.
