Had a great time! The staff is qualified and friendly, and most importantly, I left with amazing results. The hairdresser understood exactly what I wanted and delivered great results quickly. Will definitely come back!

So disappointing! I hate leaving bad reviews and wanted to like this place so much but it left much to be desired. Hairdresser laughing and speaking loudly in another language to another customer was really off-putting and unprofessional. Hair wash was fine - no scalp massage. Very strange that she blow dried my hair and then cut it. The cut itself is not too bad hence leaving 2 stars but I felt very uneasy during the whole session and lost faith in my hairdresser. Rather than being a nice treat on a day off, I couldn't wait to get out of there. There's a lot of potential in this place but following today's experience, it's not a place I'd recommend.
