I had the best experience at Lab314 today!Alessia made the most amazing highlights I have ever had done in London and also made a fantastic blow dry. Her Italian colleague as well was so nice and made a beautiful cut! I can’t recommend them enough!

hair turned out as i wanted, it was just a shame the experience was ruined by Nida being unnecessarily rude from the moment i walked in, despite now being a regular customer (obviously no longer). If you don’t know how to be nice to people then don’t work in a customer facing job.
