Ines was very friendly and did her best. I hadn’t been expecting a junior stylist but I was very patient though I was nervous about the cut as I had an event the same evening. The cut was shorter than I had planned and my styling had to be taken over by a senior stylist as I was unhappy with it - flat blow dry with many fly aways. Luckily it was saved!
