The hair colouring and blow dry started well but then there was a big disagreement between the staff. A man took over to do my blow dry and he was doing a straight style when the rest of my hair was curly and I had to tell him that I couldn’t walk out with half curly and half straight hair. Then another lady took over to complete it all while there were staff members arguing loudly with each other in the back room. They need to be more professional at the salon.
