Not the best experience unfortunately.. I had basically no consultation, my stylist hardly spoke to me, even when I asked questions. The haircut was very uneven and I had to consistently ask to even it out. My neck got poked a lot with scissors. No heat protectant or product was used before blow drying, I wasn’t asked how I’d like it styled or what products to put in it, I constantly had to prompt these questions and ask multiple times. It also only took about 30-40 minutes which is concerning.
