I usually hate going to the hairdressers but this was a great experience! Margot gave me honest, realistic expectations after a bad box dye and the process was easy and relaxing. Great value and I would highly recommend!

Really friendly, welcoming staff who gave excellent customer service including wine, crisps, magazines and a free sample. Alice was brilliant - she did an excellent set of highlights on me and really took her time to make sure it looked good. Ive had loads of compliments so will definitely come back again :)
