Friendly welcome, provided with a coffee and biscuits. My hairdresser was really nice and knew what she was doing and I was really happy with my hair. Before the colour was washed off she combed it through ( as every hairdresser I have been to has done even when it is just a root colour). As I was leaving the salon another woman who I presume was in charge told me that on this occasion they would not charge me for a full head of colour but I should have said it on the booking. I was so confused I didn't even reply but it was quite embarrassing to have other customers hear this also especially when it wasn't true! She put on enough colour for my roots and then combed it through. It definitely took from my experience which was a shame because the colour and curly blowdry were both amazing.

I had a blow dry and have awarded it 4 stars - the staff are all lovely and you are well looked after. The blow dry was good, but didn't last as long as I would have liked.
