The staff were lovely and offered me drinks while I had to wait 30 mins past when I actually booked my haircut for. Showed a pic of one of past haircuts/style which was barely looked at. After I got back and rinsed my hair realised that the sides and fringe were very uneven, so had to trim myself. Seemed uninterested and unsure of how to actually cut my hair. May have just had an off day, but won't be going back.
