The salon is lovely - great decor, loved it. My hairdresser was really nice and in general I was happy with my blow-dry. Two things that marred it slightly - no head massage when my hair was washed which I always look forward to. And I asked for lots of volume and my hair was fairly flat at the roots afterwards. I do find this happens often with blowdries and it just seems not everyone is able to get loads of root lift on long hair. Overall still a good experience. Thanks!
