I had my hair cut before by a woman there and it was good. I booked through Treatwell and got a younger man... this is the WORST hair cut I have ever had, I have cried for the last two days and I’m paying £150 for a top salon to try to fix it although it’s so short now they probably can’t. I had gorgeous long thick hair and he has cut rthe top layer of my whole head to fringe length!! I can’t believe any professional hairdresser would do this. I feel bad being negative because the woman I had before was so good and when I came back to show her what he had done she was very apologetic but honestly this has ruined my hair for months, I won’t be able to wear it down for at least 6 months and he should not have been allowed to work there.
