I had to wait for 15 minutes with no apology. I then had a glass of water knocked over me and my coat which is fine but wasn’t offered another drink or even a free coffee. The blow dry was done very quickly and honestly I could have done it myself at home no volume like I asked for and I felt like they were just trying to rush me out.
