Erisa was very quick and efficient. She wasn't overly chatty at first (which I like), but when we did start chatting we had a really nice conversation. She delivered exactly what I asked for with my balayage and cut my hair conservatively as I had requested. The salon has a relaxed, quiet vibe. It's a small cosy environment. Good all round!
