I am thrilled with my new hair. I've had very long hair for 15 years and finally plucked up the courage to get a good chop. This was my first time at Lab260 and Erisa was wonderful. She really listened to what I wanted whilst taking into consideration that it was a pretty big move for me! She really took her time and I felt very comfortable throughout. Would fully recommend, I've had no end of compliments since getting my haircut! Thank-you so much 😊
