Erisa was great and did a wonderful job! I had come not exactly knowing what I want, just with a couple of ideas. Erisa was quick in picking up my style and that I wanted something natural looking but still a change to what I had before. She has done her job v professionally and efficiently. Her and her colleagues were friendly and nice which altogether made a good atmosphere. I think I may have fonally found a hairdresser in London to whom I will coming back to!
