Facilities were nice and staff were friendly. But didn’t listen / understand how I wanted it styled for my blow dry. I asked for it to be straight with a wave and during the blow dry asked them to do it straight and curl it with straighteners for a smoother finish as I have very frizzy hair. They continued to dry it curly which has left me with very big hair just an hour after leaving. Wouldn’t recommend for blow dry, perhaps other services are better!
