I have been going to LAB260 for years and while I am pleased with the colouring/highlights I have started to consider going elsewhere mainly due to the care of my hair. The shampooing is too rough and leaves my hair with too many knots which they try to pull out with force. I keep reminding them that they need to be more gentle with my hair but I have had this experience a few times now. I also need to remind them to use heath protection when blow drying. Surely this should be standard practice

I love this hairdressers and didn’t have my regular stylist as I booked quite late. Colour is really nice but I did have a lot of colour left in my forehead the following day. Very pleased over all.
