I have been going to LAB260 for years and while I am pleased with the colouring/highlights I have started to consider going elsewhere mainly due to the care of my hair. The shampooing is too rough and leaves my hair with too many knots which they try to pull out with force. I keep reminding them that they need to be more gentle with my hair but I have had this experience a few times now. I also need to remind them to use heath protection when blow drying. Surely this should be standard practice
