To be honest, I am disappointed. I came in requesting a haircut. The word "creative" in the name was very promising. In reality, instead of a haircut, they just trimmed the ends. They did it well, but the disappointment remains. Perhaps "Creative Lab" should be renamed to "Classic Lab" to avoid any misunderstanding.
