I came in for a patch test and was far over promised by Leonie. However on the day of my appointment they werent able to go ahead with the colour. As it would take a year to get the colour i wanted and my hair wouldnt be the same regardless of conditioning treatments.
Felt dissappointed but did appreciate shannons honesty. However due to me paying my treatwell (no choice otherwise i couldnt book!) I had to chase up my refund. My curls did look really nice - id book through call less hassle tbh
