Raffaele is great at what he does.
For the past year, I had been getting 6-minute "student haircuts" at uni, and now I feel like I finally got a real haircut!
I was the first customer in the morning, and Raffaele was ready to get right to work. He was dedicated to my hair for the hour I was there. He was also outstanding in understanding what style I had in mind, and kept up a friendly chatter without crossing any lines, which is a skill in itself. Complementary espresso was a great touch

2nd time here - Possibly even better than the first one. Stellar service from Ivano, who constantly checked whether I was happy with the results as he was progressing with his work. Great overall result at the end and genuinely nice chat. I will come back again.
