I’ve been coming to this place for six years and I normally have Ivano do my hair. When I arrived I wasn’t told that I wasn’t having Ivano, it’s only when I sat down and asked where he was I was told he wasn’t available. I went with it anyway. I was in and out of the shop within 25 minutes, for a 40 minute appointment. It was rushed, I don’t think care and attention to detail was involved. The overall cut was OK. Not good, nor great, not the worst either.
