My experience was horrible, I won’t come back ever again. I booked with Ivano to have a hair cut but apparently he said that I have to specify in a note that I really want him to cut my hair which is absurd if I have already booked with him, he was super rude like it was my fault and that the email with the appointment mentioning his name doesn’t count, Alex mentioned that he changed manually so they started to argue. Alex is very polite but the haircut was not done properly. Horrible experience
