Alex was friendly, professional, and understood the cut I was going for. The atmosphere at the venue was great! It was clean, tidy, and not chaotic like most men's barbers are. Overall, great cut, a friendly barber, and a great atmosphere!
If I were to nitpick the experience the only thing I'd say would be that the music playing in the background was a tad bit loud which made it a little harder to explain and chat with the barber about what I wanted - but maybe that's just me.
