The technician told me to take my hand out when the top coat not fully done. Its doesn’t feel smooth and shiny like how it should be.
The cuticle care was ok, but the finish look was not good, the gel was painted on my cuticleson every finger, the top coat wasn’t full cured. Very disappointed.
