I arrived on time but waited almost 45 mins. My stylist (not Esther) was lovely but not technically skilled. The colour I asked for wasn’t achieved. A full head of foils in my shoulder-length hair took 2.5 hours to put in. Ended up uneven around my face. Manager talked about calling past clients who’d had treatments, to offer them appts, as they can charge them more! Dated interior. 2 staff wore a mask over their mouth but not nose = useless. No door open for air flow.

Absolutely love this place, highly recommend it, the staff are very professional but at the same time you feel like you are amongst good friends. Always a happy relaxed atmosphere and nothing is too much. I always enjoy my visits and always come away feeling great, and the credit goes to Monica the owner, one of the nicest people you could meet.

I had two laser sessions on Hollywood area. Great treatment for summer time. Only two sessions reduced my hair growth for almost 5 months. Thats definitely one of the best treatment Which is making womens life So much easier, really pleased with the results.
